Bases: PropertyValue

A property value that represents a plate id. A plate id is an integer that identifies a particular tectonic plate and is typically used to look up a rotation in a ReconstructionTree.

A GpmlPlateId can also be pickled.

Changed in version 0.42: Added pickle support.

__init__(plate_id)

Create a plate id property value from an integer plate id.

Parameters:

plate_id (int) – integer plate id

plate_id_property = pygplates.GpmlPlateId(plate_id)
